All water was then routed underground to a city storm sewer. the home's sump pump and all leader drains were also routed to the storm sewer with the result being a dry backyard.

Bobcats for Hire installed an exterior foundation drain to release the hydrostatic pressure that had been building up against the downstairs level. All of the unwanted water was channeled away via gravity to a city storm drain on the property.

Additionally, a second system had been installed to remove downspout, sump pump, and lawn surface water to the same city sewer. The end result is a dry downstairs level and backyard in areas that previously had been consistently damp.

This house in Hillsboro, NJ is situated on a high water table. As a result, most of the lawn areas remained wet or damp long after a normal rainfall. This created a permanent mud bath for their dog "Charlie", which was problematic for obvious reasons.

Bobcats for Hire installed a complete Drainage system incorporating French Drains, surface drains, and leader drains to eliminate the water problem. Over the time period that we had been there, the muddy yard drained completely dry. This homeowner was shocked that his lawn could possibly so dry after enduring soggy conditions for almost twenty years!!!

The curbing is then cemented over and lawn can be replanted.

This house in Randolph, New Jersey encountered continuously seeping rusty groundwater that stained the driveway. Due to the downward grade, the rear yard had always stayed wet. Bobcats for Hire designed a Drainage system to take away the rusty water and also to dry up the rear yard to enhance the property value for the owners.

The system included French Drains, plenty of crushed stone, surface drains, and a catch basin at the foot of the driveway. The system worked flawlessly by removing the water seeping underground and drying up the soggy lawn. The rusty water never saw that driveway again!

A steady supply of ground or surface water can lead to this.
