This house in Lake Valhalla, NJ needed quarry process stone to be spread inside the garage to prepare for the future concrete floor. Our Bobcat 864 Rubber track loader easily moved the stone into this compact site and spread it. The rubber tracks increase this machine's pushing power and traction, which allows for a much nicer final grade when compared to a wheel type machine. The Kessler Institute site needed this base stone to be spread to install a new sidewalk. Because this site was very wet at this time of year, our Bobcat 864 rubber track loader had been called into action. The wide rubber tracks allow our equipment to reduce its ground pressure to below 4 PSI and to easily travel on nearly any surface with a 2000 pound payload of stone.
